I am thincking about buying the new Edge Juice with attuide. Is it wise to up grade the exhaust system first? My 2002 4X4 is bone stock.

You can do the Juice/Attitude first if you like. On the upper settings, your egt's will climb faster.

The Juice/Attitude can be set to defuel at a set egt, so you would be all right. The Juice/Attitude might be as much fun until you exhaust & intake.

Having the fuel pressure gauge is pretty much necessary anymore.

Personally, I would do exhaust & intake first.

If your gonna start modding your truck start with intake, exhaust and gauges. Then do a full FASS system to not have to worry about your fueling. Injectors are a great step after that. Better mileage and more power. Then computers. Check out the Smarty computer while your looking.

I have the juice with attitude on my '01. Other than that the engine is stock. The main reason I bought it was to have all the gauges on one small pod. With the box set at level 5x5 and the truck empty the highest egt's I have seen are about 1300. My stock automatic transmission with 120K miles on it did not last 6 months after I installed it. No surprise there!

Ike, I'd jump on that if I was you, thats a heck of a price. And if you decide to do something about your stock lift pump right away, I think the Airdog fuel systems are on sale right now for $500. Much cheaper than a FASS system. Warning though, your stock transmission or clutch isn't gonna be very happy with you on the higher settings:)

What is the BD hose kit???

Thanks in advance...

It replaces all 4 intercooler hoses, or boots and all the clamps. Only reason I got them is because my boots down at the intercooler were rubbing the inner fenders and were almost rubbed thru. I was new to the dodges when I first got them and have since found that theres better and cheaper kits out there. I wasn't to impressed with their clamps that came in the kit. Mr. Bob makes a really nice kit that replaces those, and all your coolant hoses with higher quality silicone hoses. Thats probably the way I would have gone had I known about it sooner.

I have had the Juice since they came out with it for my 2001 and completely happy. I tow a few toys and it really lets m know what is going on under the hood. Before I went with the Super B turbo and 4" exhaust the EGT alarm would sound when towin up grades and so forth so I would back off, but after those upgrades it runs ALOT cooler and havent had any of its alarms chirping, except for teh speeding alarm which I disabled :)
