JVD torque enhancer problem

i have a 99 24v that i installed a JVD torque enhancer on in mid 2000 so it is 10+ years old. the truck has 85k miles on it. about 70k of those miles with the JVD. so about a month ago i noticed that it quit working. checked and replaced the connections as necessary, fuse is good, etc. when i turn the key to on position i get the three flashes of the LED that say "good self test". so with all of that it doesn't add any fuel anymore. if i leave it on and tip into the pedal the LED comes on and indcates that it is adding fuel, but there is no performance gain, increased boost, or black smoke. i called JVD/Haisley machine and the person i got didn't have any idea or information about the product because it was "so old" any thoughts or ideas?

So i am re-visiting this issue, still doesn't work as described above.
