K&N Filter

I just installed a K&N filter in my 2k Ram. It came with a tube of sealing greese that I have never used with any other K&N filter. Has there been a problem with dirt getting passed the filter? Almost makes me jumpy about installing it.

always use the grease around the perimeter of the gasket on both sides. A little goes along ways, so spread it around with your finger. Your instructions should tell all about it. I used it on my '94 and have used it ever since
