If you have one of these rifles manufactured in 2017, DO NOT FIRE IT until you check with Kel-Tec. Some of these rifles were not properly heat-treated and the barrel can burst when fired. If you go to the Kel-Tec website there is a recall section that addresses this particular issue.
If you know anyone with a SUB-2000 rifle, make sure they are aware of the recall. Issues like this can have tragic consequences, so spread the word and maybe save some guy's fingers or eyes....
