I almost didn't buy the lift from them because they do not offer Bilstein's. After a few hundred miles, I have now noticed how much smoother the ride is. Hard to believe, because I know the ride will always suck with the stiff leaf rear. I would say the ride before was a 2 out of 10. I'd say 5 now. I actually don't dread driving the truck now, looking out for every crack in the road. You should try these shocks, I actually think they ride nicer than the silver 5100 series Bilsteins I had on the '03. I would probably buy them over Bilsteins now because the silver Bilsteins I put on the '03 didn't seem to make much of a difference. Plus they leeked after a few thousand miles. Try the Les Swab, they have a lifetime warrenty too which will come in handy after 100k. The finish is a brushed nickel like the Bilsteins, but a little brighter.
The guy told me they were made by Bilstein, but I'm sure he just wanted me to buy. I read they are actually made by Gabrial, correct me if I'm wrong. Oh by the way, Lew Swab has been great to deal with so far. Besides completely twisting off 2 wheel studs on the same wheel. How the hell you do that, I don't know.
