2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission light stearing

I have a 01 with 15,000 on stearing box,all new front end except stearing shaft and the power stearing works too good. The stearing wheel takes no effort to turn,there is no resistance,is this a toe problem? The tires are wearing perfect,drives racecar tight and straight,what should i check?
