Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Little Less Smoke?

Injectors?

What would be a more efficient injector? I get better fuel milage with them. Seeems like they're more efficient than stock. Also, as seen in the photo its an older Edge EZ. Are there some other settings inside that I can change on that model?
