Location of Amsoil Dual Remote Filter

My Dad wants to install an Amsoil Dual remote Bypass filter on his 2500. It's the older style filter header (not the machined aluminum one that's out now)
Anyway, I was wondering if anybody has some pics of how and where they mounted theirs. We want to mount it somewhere easy to get to. Any advice on this would be great. I mounted mine on my frame rail, but he isn't to thrilled with that location for his since it is 2wd.
