Hello, all. Searched but did not find anything on this.
I've got a 2" HBS leveling kit on the way. Based on previous trucks I'm pretty sure the stock shocks are really intended for a 1975 Buick, so I'm thinking while I'm in there might as well swap them out.
Anyone have a recommendation or part # for a slightly longer front shock? I've read that it's a good way to go to keep the suspension in the middle of the shock range with the coil spacers installed.
From what I can tell the front suspension is unchanged from the 3G to the 4G, is that right?
On the 2005 Cummins I installed the KORE Recon, which IIRC used Bilstein 5100. Not positive as that was a few years back.
Thanks for your help.
