2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission looking for a under hood light

stuff happends only when I do it. if someone other than me did it you bet I would be PO

but now I need to find one

Mine is broke as well and I am looking at using l. e. d rope light.

Since the stock light is barely usable, sounds like the perfect excuse for a BOMB. 3 or 4 (or 5) good LEDs mounted along the front edge of the hood maybe?

Strip light

We've got a couple of these mounted under the engine housing of one of our engines. They draw next to nothing and are super bright. The idea of mounting it along the edge of the grill is an excellent one.
