looking for front wheel spacers.

i just swapped out my single wheel rear end for a dually to accommodate all of the crap i haul around every day, and now i need to find some front wheel spacers to complete the conversion. the wrecking yards around here don't keep up with them and i'm afraid to even price them at the dealer after finding out that they want 15$ a piece for lug nuts. any after marked suggestions?

Just installed Dyanatrac free wheel kit on my 7. 6 DRW-Have unit bearing, spacers,lug nuts for spacer and lug bolts for wheels.
