whats a few of the better exhausts to have done on my truck? looking for something with deep tone. Or is there, Im new to the diesel. Thanks

I got the cheaper version of Hog Performance's 4" exhaust. No drone but the fit up was terrible. It did not fit at all like it was supposed to. It also didn't do much for egt's. In my case, bigger was not better.

I used 4 inch Silverline from Geno's Garage. good price, great sound inside and out, I was so impressed with the fit!Oo. I thought I've never seen it this easy before and wrote the company about how much I liked it and that I didn't get stickers for my toolbox. I also helped a buddy put it on a 3rd gen ad it was the same

silverline

I second that Silverline 4" fit perfectly, installation better than I expected. Also has a good tone while not being too loud.

I have the MBRP 4" turbo back kit. They have aluminumized, T409, and T304. Aluminumized is what came stock on our trucks. T409 stainless steel is the way better than aluminumized. T304 stainless Is a higher quality stainless steel than T409. The T304 usually has a pollish finish and will outlast the T409. I selected the T409 because the aluminumized lasted me 11years, and was still good upon removal. The T409 should outlast my truck. Also I payed $350-$450 (can't remember) compared to almost $800. Great sound and quicker spool up. Unknown the effects on EGTs. I had no baseline to go by. Good luck
