If you can read my chicken scratch there are two resets.

So, just tried the "reset" all it does is reboot the radio. No movement of the blend door actuators. I held the power and enter button for about 15 seconds and then the radio stared it's reboot process. No change in the servos or any movement. Has anyone actually seen the servos move on a radio/head unit "reset"?

I have only seen this work on a 2010 ram with hemi. I also tried this on my 2018 hemi, no change, my 2015 CTD, no change and my 2014 no change. All different radios, same procedure. (I think?)

Hold for full 30 seconds. The screen will blink on & off several times.

I can say for sure it made my heater work much better

Yup, did that exact procedure and yes after 30 seconds the radio will start flashing on and off, but on the reboot it does not actuate the servos. In fact the reset of the head unit only reboots the radio. I have now tried this on 3 trucks (2014, 2015, 2018) and non of then "sync the servos" I don't think this is really a thing that happens. (Maybe in years prior to 2014, as I did see it happen on a 2010) I have watched the blend door and listened for any noise on all 3 trucks and nada, nothing. So if you have actually seen this work on your own truck and know for a fact that the servos move after the reset I would be interested to know that.

Thanks!

My wife's 2013 2500 (it has the dual climate control) is having this issue as well. She gets a little bit of heat out of the passenger's side and none on the driver's side. I just did the HVAC head reset and used AlfaOBD to do the actuator calibration test. It said that all 4 passed. Unfortunately, her truck was cold when I did all of that so I have no idea if this worked on not. If she doesn't go anywhere this evening, I know that she's heading out of town tomorrow for a few days and I'll find out then.

ETA: I just took it to refuel and it helped only slightly. Still not what it should be.
