Lowest safe RPM in lockup?

Any ideas on what is the lowest RPM I can use when braking with the Pac-Brake in 3rd direct?

I don't want to injure the DTT 89 TC.

I don't think brakeing is the problem you need to worry about. If you get the RPM too low it will kill the engine. That's kind of inconvient. What tears up the TCC is too much torque vs the pressure available at the RPM when pulling. If you have the TC Saver or the Smart Controller you should be ok. I don't have either, but I have a button on the floor to easily unlock the TCC to protect it when I have the loud pedal mashed to the floor.
