LSD or no LSD?

Besides jacking up the rear end and hand spinning a tire, is there another way of veryfying if I have a limited slip axle? Like a code stamped next to the axle ratio maybe?

check the tag in the glove box

On my jeep there is a tag on one of the cover bolts also

I can tell by my tire wear and SOP feel. On a sharp turn leaving a stop, I can feel the inside rears almost learching ... ... ... similar to the locker I ran back in my muddin days.

With the AAM limited slip the tire spins freely when you jack up one wheel. Torque needs to be applied to lock it up.
