saw a sweet lifted (maybe 4-6") black 3rd gen on something like weld chrome wheels... debadged, stock exhaust, but the whole truck was clean and SWEET.

this was in the Dorsey Run Rd area, right off 32... Laurel, MD

Today sitting on the side of 270 and exit 1 north bound with a blown tire on my service truck I saw two nice CTD's. one was a 2nd gen silver extended cab and was smoking nice andthe other one was a reg cab 2nd gen with turn out stacks and looked to be green... Whoever it was few by quick... .

I'll be back in the area for a week, starting the 25th of this month. Our house in Abingdon still hasn't sold, and we just bought a house here in San Angelo, so the wife decided we're emptying out the Maryland house and moving our stuff down to TX.

SKargo, if I get the chance, I'll stop by and say hi. I found the factory DVD player handbook I need to get to Albie... I don't know if he cares to have it or not. I think there's something for the Sirius receiver too.

Constant Friendship... . wanna buy my townhouse? :-laf

I'll be there tomorrow morning, to finish up some last-minute crap on the house.

Scott, sorry I couldn't get out to see you guys.

RobertP siteing I think. Thursday Morning on rt40 in Ellicott City? Black with sitckers on the rear window and sounded straigt piped. Was heading west. I was at work at the Honda Dealer. I was cleaning up the lot with the POS Ford Plow truck. Oo.

yup that was me!!! i live right across the street from the honda dealer now. my divorce put me and my pups in a one bedroom apartment off of RT 40.

Tim,

Sorry for the long wait on the reply... our new house is in the sticks, so we don't have internet yet... . I'm at work. The house is an inside group. $234,900. You can see it at 420 Oakton Way.

Hey Robert, thanks to you guys for waiting as long as you did for me to get that AirDog installed. It's a shame that I couldn't get to your shop in time. The silver lining is that the OE Carter held up on the return trip to Texas. I wish that frigging traffic on 295 and 495 wasn't such crap. It didn't help that it was raining that night either.

Charlie,

As soon as I can find someone competent enough, here in San Angelo, I'll definitely let you know. Thanks again for your help on that. By the way, do you lose the fuel heater, when you switch over to AirDog and, if so, are there any repercussions?

The AirDog install kit bypasses the stock filter to eliminate any restriction and maximize flow to the engine. You could, however connect the engine line to the stock filter housing. Just don't put a filter in the stock filter housing.

Gotcha. So the fuel heater is in the filter housing then?

If you keep a filter in there with the AirDog installed, does that create too much restriction?

Thanks again for the answers.

If the fuel will flow from the tank to the AirDog or any pump, you dont need a fuel heater. Its all about flow. Flow to a lift pump depends on atmospheric pressure. Once you get the fuel to the pump, the rest is how you design the system and the components you use.
