I've never been stopped and weighed. I've never pulled over at a weigh station either! What these states won't do to try and milk a couple of extra bucks out of you. If you pay the extra money somehow then the truck can handle more? Good thing they didn't stop me when I was hauling some hay a little while back #ad
Let's face it, these companies set the load rating low enough that they know if you haul ANYTHING you'll be over their recomendation so if anyone were to ever try and sue them they know they are virtually assured they can fall back on,"Well, you were exceeding our recomended weight ratings. " Next we'll all be like that poor ol' boy from England, having to rig up air brakes on our trailers #ad

The PSD did a fine job. It averaged 10. 4 mpg grossing at 19,500 lbs. We drove at 68 most of the time. It was a little warm this year. It was in the mid 80's to low 90's during the day. It did cool down at night. It sure beats the heck out of the 100's we had here when we were gone
