They gave FULL NADA trade in on my 11 Dually. I would not budge, they kept coming up and I said no I don't have to have a new truck. They finally gave in at my 39K demand. I was pleased at only loosing 12,800 off my original purchase price with 55K and 3 years of use. It probably helped they were able to actually look at my truck and DS was going by what I told them.
