I did not know money trees grew in Mt. Pleasant! I'm grabbin my coat, and headin your way. Hmm, looks like Cade is going to do the next Getrag class at Peru.

come on up, I need someone with a strong back to get those nv's out of the back :D I have to work tomarrow but I think that will be about it for the winter other than a couple paint jobs. Should have lot's of time to work on the truck.

So Cade, how 'bout packaging up that old getrag since you don't need it anymore and sending it down this way! ;)

How long has that "retired" pulling truck been sitting?

Oh yeah, bring me one of them there money trees when you come to SOP next year.

Michael

Gonna leave the getreg in ther for a while. Just did the south bend fe. Gonna wait till I can get one of the nv's built up with a 1 3/8 input and get the duel disk rebuilt and converted to 1 3/8. There's no money tree's around hear (I've looked) just don't spend any money other than the trucks, Just ask my girlfriend :-{} . That retired pullin truck was a daily driver till last year. It's acctually the truck that got me hooked on building one. One ride and I sold my Chevy and started looking for a cummins.

Good score. Any chance you have a spare coupler/adaptor for a NP205 from behind a Getrag? I'm swapping out my auto for a 5-speed and have a lead on a np205 from behind a Getrag, but there's no coupler.

Thanks,

- M2

awesome deal cade!!!!

I snagged a visor for the truck so Ill need to get tha painted as well. studs are supposed to be in and shipped this way so I might need a hand pulling the head.

get the 96 issues worked out?

Ian

Max: I don't have an extra coupler but I was under the impression that you can get them fairly reasonable. My transmission guy told me I might need one before he did my clutch because they rust/wear out. I think he told me he could get a new one though.

Ian: Just finished diving for the winter so I can come down and help you get the head off. Do you have a cherry picker? The 96 problem was solved with a wire brush and dielectric grease. I love dodge wiring  . I will need to see Daryl too, so let me know in advance when you want to do it.

Philip:I'm gonna keep the hx35 that is on it for a backup for my 96 or my dad's 94 but I will keep an eye out for a cheap one for ya if you won't me too.

Hah! I got a HX35 turbo for free! Sorta. I went and picked up some tires from the pay it forward, and the guy just swapped his 35 for a 40. I said I was looking for a 35, and he said "take it and see if it works".

God I love TDR members, some of the best people I know! :D

I wish I had the money to buy another "toy". lol.

Ian, give me a call when you pull the head. I will come out and help if I can.

Mark

No way Bill, I'm gonna get a gass truck to put those on. You know since those mud tires don't belong on a first gen cummins. :-laf I keep forgetting to get pics but my 90 is a little lower now sitting on 315's, you might actually approve of it :-laf . Driveshaft angles are a little better maybe I can quit snapping them  Hope your holidays were good Bill and the rest of you on here, Hope it is another year of fun and gained knowledge.
