I have an RV and have found the best method of mouse control yet. It's a product made by a company in the Toronto area called "Mouse Free". It's a petroleum based product with a peppermint scent that deters mice. Looks like a peppermint laced "Fluid Film". I trapped over 50 mice one winter in my RV and since applying this every two years to the frame rails of my RV I haven't seen a mouse since.

They advertise it for use on RV motorhome Chassis so I don't see any reason you couldn't use on our trucks. I'd be inclined to spray it under the hood to deter mice and also provide some corrosion prevention.

Saw an ad on a car program for this. Have no idea if it works, just throwing it in the ring.

Looks nice, but nothing about the guarantee? Who would like to be the first to try this and report back to the group? If it truly worked, I'd get a couple due to living in a very wooded area and have fought this battle in the past! Any takers?

Doesn't look like the pro DC model would be a good choice if the vehicle is kept on a maintenance charger as it shuts off above 13V. The original didn't say anything about having the same limitation.

I went the sticky trap route. So far I have caught 5 of the SOBs. Caution... Check under the hood at least once a week. Rotting mouse will stink up the cab when you turn on the AC
