They will fit Andy, but you have to grind the outter most edge of the brake drum down to clear as they have 6. 5" of backspacing!

This won't affect your braking either, I've hauled heavy loads through different states before and never had any problems. Also, The tires will only rub your TRE's if you run a 12. 50 wide tire. In the first pic you can see my truck came with 235/85/16 BFG M/T's, and they had no problems with rubbing the TRE's. The 315/75/16's did rub however, but it never caused any probs and was only on deep turns.
It all boils down to personal opinion OEM's vs. aftermarkets though. As picky as your are about keeping your truck clean these would work well since they will keep the tires tucked under the truck. A set of aftermarkets will only have 4. 5" of backspacing generally and always keep your rocker panels dirty.
