Be careful not running rear caps... ... some pulls *require* some sort of rear hub cover in case axle bolts get sheared off. A friend of mine sheared off EVERY axle bolt on his pass. side rear axle at a pull last year! "Supposedly" one guy got hit in the hand with one of the bolt heads... . but it wasn't serious. :-{} #@$%!

well i did what mark said, i went to shelbyville and GOT ME SOME. i think we ended up with two 2nds and a 1st. all and all ceder city and underwood tire were well represented. i want to thank chales for the wire to rig up a kill switch, and meacham for doing a great job drining the duramax. the owner of the max was disapointed with his dyno #s untill he saw what the other d-maxs were doing, and we got a 1st place with it i will post meacham's pic. in the chevy when they come in:-laf

well i think the dyno #s speek well when you look at the other d-max. it takes a lot more $ to get there but wow, what a pull. if you would have drove my dodge trk in the mtpa class it would have goten the 1. 5 feet it needed to win. i came in at 6900lbs and 1st was 8000 something. i should have done what mark said and put some wht. in the back of the truck. we built the engion in about 3 months mecham. i thought u would like to know. the hp and tq curv is about as flat as sone of the tires that come in here:-laf the d-max is going to keep us dodge guys on our game. i just hope mark will still invite me to his next pull.

steve manley, is the guy that put the pull on it dickson last year. he is needing a sled for his dickson pull. if you know who would have a sled that can do it let him know. May 31st and sept 6th are the dates.

Well I look at it this way Joe... . you've been invited to my annual meet & eat at my house the last two years... . why wouldn't you be invited to anything else up this way? :-laf Nah... . I'm only going to pull once... . maybe twice if I'm lucky this year and I'll have to get my weight bar brackets repaired first. So I'm going to watch everybody pull that I can, hopefully gonna take Chris Newsome to kick some butt in my place a few times too! :-laf
