Mid-TN Chapter May meeting

for a local maybe. I don't have to make SuperSpeedway signs. 231 is two lanes and OBNOXIOUS with traffic--particularly so on the Boro end and not much better on the Lebanon end. Well, you LIVE on 231--that does make a difference.

Come any way you want to, it ain't hard to find.

Orange Barrels

Saw the sign on the way home today,"WEEKEND LANE CLOSURES MARCH 20 & 21". Been a nightmare the past two weekends... M'boro all cod-locked... from Nash, take I-40 ... . From Embryo, take your chances as you choose as they're blasting on I-24 @ Manson pk :mad: :{

well, if all works right i'll have the white truck ready by saturday. all of the parts that i need should be here friday afternoon. i think that we are gonna leave jackson about 9 or 930am on saturday. we'll see ya'll then. nick

Nick will you be trailering the white truck up or driving it?

I would like to take your tow truck for a test drive, if you don't mind?

Wade and Gap,

I'm only bringing my 94' ctd so someone on your waiting list can fill the spot for my white truck.

Meacham

Mark, with a $1000 deductible on my trucks. i'd rather not let anyone drive it. i'll gladly take you for a ride though. r u thinking about buying a 24v ex cab?

Well, looks like I'll be on the rollers twice with the 24v--for the Preporator. So I won't run the Green one unless we have time. Meacham dropped one truck, Andy dropped out, Gap dropped. Ain't sure what Nick is doing--BRING 'EM. We'll be able to figger out after 8-10 trucks if we'll have enough time in the day.

Meacham--gimme your new #. Some FORD driving guy answered your old one tonight.

Get your names on the list!

We'll be limited to about 12 trucks so SIGN UP if you want to run on the dyno.

Dually trucks have to pull the outside wheels. They let you drive your own truck. It's fun. You won't build as much boost or EGT's as on the street, but the numbers seem to be very accurate.

We'll have a business meeting at 12:00 that day. Dyno will start at 9:00.

SIGN UP *** COST should be $50 per truck--3 pulls.

1. Wade 24v (set 1)

2. Red 12v

3. Meacham 12v

4. Mark 12v

5. Paul CR

6. Nick 24v/12v?

7. Robert 24v

8. Chris Knott CR

9. Mike Rhodes 12v

10.

11.

12. Wade 24v (set 2)

AUTO drivers--learn at what speed you can HAMMER it WITHOUT a downshift from 3rd gear. It's 55mph for my Green truck. If it shifts during a "pull" the run is no good.

Yeah... . I'm wanting an Ext. Cab within the next year 12V or 24V just depending on the best deal. Understand about the deductible thing, but its hard to get the same perspective from teh shotgun seat.
