Alpha, think your truck would make it 2 1/2 hour drive to my place? I have a nice shop to work in here with all the tools needed except a line up tool for the clutch itself but a clutch kit should have it in it. The only other tools needed are a few metric sockets and wrenches, a torque wrench, a good jack, a BFH for removing the crossmember, and a rachet strap to help hold the transmission on the jack when you pull it out. It doesn't hurt to have a good hand cleaner and some blue shop towels around also and a bucket of water to rinse in unless you don't mind getting it in your house.
Another question is how modified is your truck? I have a stock clutch here that is used but slipped while towing heavy on me a half dozen times when I pulled it. You are welcome to it if you want it. I think it would run a long time in a stock truck yet.
