Competition Water meth safety?

A Few questions about Eric's truck. Who finally built some power for it and who built the REAL Chassis.

I've watched the truck pull on the net for a while and it just never quite had it.

It's nice to see the Diesel's get real chassis like the 4WD trucks did moons' ago.

It's like a racecar, there comes a point when you have to just say I'm done with this stock frame and get something you can work with.

Stacey's appears to be a Sigma pump... ... (Folks you can own a Sigma too for just $9600 from CDS :-laf )

Your right,,, It is a Sigma A very wicked pump that has been used for a very long time in the tractor world,

Question. What V12 engine might that 12 cylinder pump normally be used on? Or is it a custom piece? Can't help it, I'm a V12 nut. :)

TJ,

He's just pointing out that Van Haisley is stating how much hp RHR was running at the time.

No need to hate on him for posting that.

I am not hating. He just did not add any info that we have not already talked about. We know that the top pullers are claiming 1200-1500 hp,thats is what we are debating.

TJ how much money do you have in your just the long block The cheapest mod motor I could find is gonna set you back about 25K. I know of some stock engines puting about about 900HP, do you think they are gonna put that kind of money in a truck just to gain 250HP??

Dan,

Question is how much dyno horsepower and how many turbos does it take for a Cummins to beat a single turbo Duramax sledpulling? :-laf

Naw... real question is how much Nitrous, and how many turbo's/Duramax engines will get blown trying to make the power, and go the distance, with a sled hooked to them, to match those Mod trucks. And when will Cummins ever be challenged. The DT466 truck seems to not quite have the baby Cummins numbers yet. (Only talking pick up truck sled pulling here).

Ben Miller's mechanical-pumped 7. 3 PS should be competitive in '07... .
