FASS pickup tube / fuel starvation - fix?

Looking for some nice mudflaps for my truck. I keep hearing about NW customs but there is no website up for them.

Any suggestions?

I've had the Pro flap custom mud flaps with the stainless weights for about five years. A little spendy but I've been very happy with them. They replaced some molded flaps that I had installed earlier, the type that are molded around the edge of the fender. I didn't like the way the molded flaps fit and had heard that they could rub the paint off if they fit loose. The Pro flaps are made of polyurethane and are stiffer than solid rubber flaps. The only problem I've had is when I backed into a snow bank, the snow pushed the flap towards the wheel and bent the support bracket that goes from the fender to the bottom of the flap. Took about five minutes to fix.

I purchased Mopar Mud Flaps for front and rear from the Dodge Dealer. I think they are as nice as any and the price was reasonable.

Thanks everyone, I think the Duraflap looks nice.

I sure would like something that either had a C for Cummins or the actual word spelled out in the stainless... .

Question for those of you that have installed mud flaps. Have you noticed any impacts on fuel economy? I'm considering Duraflaps for my dually and I've been told I'd see a drop in fuel economy.

I've had my pro flaps for five years and I've kept a log of my fuel mileage for every tank since my truck was purchased new. I noticed no change in mileage when I installed the flaps. My best mileage was 22 mpg, my worst was 10 mpg (pulling a fifth wheel in the Sierras). My overall average, city/highway, has been 17 mpg. I usually average 70 percent city and 30 percent highway. Hope this helps.

The Duraflaps are excellent, and they can make any design in the stainless steel weight that you want. You also get a 10% discount for being a TDR member.

I got mine from DuraFlap and am very happy with them. Dennis was great to work with and I think that he can do just about whatever you want. They are a little pricier than most but they are well worth it in my opinion. Check out my pictures if you want to see what they look like.

MarcS,
I was just ready to place an order for Duraflaps and thought I'd check the TDR first. You just saved me 10% for bringing this to my attention! Thanks a bunch.

Thanks to the rest of you who replied to my question regarding any impact to fuel economy too.

Steve
