The breather bottle relocation surgery is so easy you must do it. . Me and a buddy rerouted ours on Sunday, very easy and cheap. Spend most of the time drinking beer. Cant wait to see the difference in underhood cleansiness.

3 feet of heater hose, a zip tie, 2 stainless steel hose clamps and a hose barb later it was done. I will post pics as soon as my damn camera is charged!

I added about 2 feet to the existing tube, and relocated the bottle to the front swaybar - I then wadded an old sock inside to soak up oily vapors, and pulled another over the outside of the bottle to catch any that might still leak - I change it every oil change (plenty of old socks here!), since I'm already down there - all my engine and undercarriage are as new, no oily film, with 2 years and 25,000 miles on the clock...

It took me longer to clean the hood and engine compartment than it took to do this bottle relocate today. Very similiar, right in front of the left front fender on the frame. Hidden, but easy to empty there. Also did the sock over the top deal, clean as a whistle now.

Either a great idea buy you guys, or bad engineering by the designers, take your pick...
