I got the max care for $1800 in Nov 2013 at their website. I think some did better than me by buying from the dealer. Mine is only for 7/70 and has $100 deductible. If i had bought for 8/120, it would have likely been another $400-$500..... But i don't remember exact numbers. You get a better deal by buying early.... More expensive to buy after 3/36 is almost ready to expire.

Edit: I don't remember exact numbers
I paid $100 up front. And approx $138-$143 monthly in 12 installments. A total.of 13 payments with the first being the smallest

Sounds like a change for the 19's, as my 18 is not a sealed system. It purges every time you start/drive the truck and has an air intake between the bed/body on the passenger side. Then again, I was told it was sealed by the dealership on my 18 too... so they may not really know.
here you go.

Solves that, not a closed system.

I did not know about the aero mode, as previously that has only been listed on 1500 literature.

So it seems that the compressor also has the solenoids for charging and venting the springs on module command via height sensor input.
I wonder how moisture and such are controlled.
This is not like a big truck system, where the height sensors are air valves that directly charge/ vent the springs. That would be too noisy.

Now thats why I posted the literature, it doesn't make since, except it might be referring to the 1500? As John posted earlier, vent in the back of cab. o_O

In one of the videos with Rod Romain, the chief engineer(?), he said the receiver is full of desiccant.

This system is a big mystery, so it vents, but yet its sealed. Everyone, including the tech tells me Nitrogen, but literature actually refers to atmosphere.

Maybe the storage tank has a diaphragm with Nitrogen on the bag side and the back side of the diaphragm is vented to the atmosphere. That way Nitrogen can be bled out or pumped into the bags.

I had this system on another Ram, 4 corner system that vents to atmosphere my problem was front left bag failed, FCA made a circus out of replacing two front bags, i never understood why both were replaced.

This makes since, you also wouldn't to worry about the moisture, because your not compressing it.

If that were the case, if the tank was split with a diaphragm, there would be 2 lines going to the tank. I only see one in the diagram.

Yes it does, but only if your compressing it. I deal with air controled pneumatic's on a daily basis, and that is why I wouldn't think they'd compress air, then exhaust it, for an OEM setup.
