It is looking like May would be the best month. Earlier in the month? Maybe the weekend of the 12th? Thoughts? Camping would be a plus too. Ray, keep us posted. Thanks.

I talked to Dave this AM. The first weekend in May isn't good for Dave, and Mother's day (the second weekend) isn't good for many folks. The two best possibilities at this point are April 28-29, or May 19-20. Let me know what works best for you, and hopefully we'll be able to bring in a bunch of trucks.

I will try to make it on that weekend. My 'lil buddy doesn't turn 21 'till Saturday night (20th) anyway. My ability to make the journey will most likely be dictated by the weather and/or how planting is going. I work at a money making job all day during the week anyway, so dad has extra people to help with field work. (2000 acres)

You all have tighter schedules than me, so decide by the rest of them. I will not know until the dates get closer, you might say I work day by day.
Thanks for putting it together.
Nick

The 19th and 20th sound good to me. Count me in. I'll be bringing guests and will need information on camping areas and local services. Oh, boy! I can't wait. #ad

Mark your calenders. May 19-20 are the appointed dates for NE Iowa Dyno days. I will try get things lined up in addition to the obvious. Send your address if you would like a packet of "tourist" info from the local chamber, I'm sure it would also have motels, etc. St. Lucas is not far from New Hampton, and West Union. Decorah is a little more distant. The only bad news I have is that Luther College has graduation that day, so motels in Decorah are probably out of the question. There is a motel in West Union that is close, and I'm sure New Hampton has motels. I don't know if graduation will affect the campground in Decorah. I'll do some checking on camp grounds in Fayette, and Chickasaw counties.

Looking forward to packing St. Lucas with the sound of Cummins at work and play!

Sorry you won't be able to make it, Vince. I'm glad you'll still be having fun! #ad
We'll have to get together some time. Let me know if you get down around the Green Lake area for work. We can do lunch!

Dave

Ray, thanks much for all the hard work oin getting this event pinned down. Dave, thank you also. I am definitely planning on being there. I hope to be arriving on the 19 and stay till the 20th. See all you there.

Eric

Any Ideas as to what all events there will be yet or is it to early to say?
Here's some stuff I'd like to see.
-Valve adjust.
-injector pull.
-Taking turbo housing off.
Are non members allowed to this event? In Rochester we allowed non members in. We gained new members that way. If so remember to state that if you start a new thread. With the events also.

Absolutely, non-members are welcome. Part of this is going to be a fund raiser, remember, so the more the merrier. I can't volunteer about mechanical things as I'm a machinest, not mechanic. I think we'll have some people in attendance who are very sharp, but I can't volunteer their services. Volunteers??? Keep bringing the suggestions! Ray
