Ok Gang,,Friend of mine has crossed over to the dark side,,Left the friendly confines of 12 valve land for the Land Of Computer Scooters(a. k. a. 24 valvers),,He has been selling more of them and decided to use one for his promoting of these trucks,so he got a 2000 3500 6 spd Quad cab Dark Garnet Red ,,Upon the addition of a TST Power Max Box and a 10 level remote we noticed a loss of boost(truck was fully guaged and would pull 22lbs of boost before we screwed with it)as it only pulls 18lbs now and only hit 20 once in 4th gear,,It has a K&N air filter and all connections were checked, also all intercooler hoses and clamps checked,,Since I am no computer wizard and he's learning about it,any idea's where we screwed up,,Truck seems dead now from idle till 1800rpm then it will move out ok(still think its way off for some reason,these things should be a missle to the rpm limit,or am I off base here),,Before the box it would go till it quite making boost then lay down,,ANY IDEAS???I'm lost here... ... .....

Almost sounds like a fault code has been set and needs to be cleared. Weird thing is the picking up at 1800 rpms. In other words it almost sounds like you have put it in the limp home mode except that it goes on the higher rpms.

Just a thought. With additional fueling, you better check your lift pump. You may not have enough pressure to feed to VP44 and you are beginning to starve it. If the lift is bad or the VP44 is starving or having problems, you won't reach max boost. I'd start with the lift pump.

i'll assume the tst box came with a boost elbow of some sort ? you'll have a hardtime making more boost without one , also check for a code .

have you removed the tst pmax to see it things ahve returned to normal ? if not try it and rule out the truck itself
