I am going to replace the 1/2" fuel lines I have installed about 7 years ago. I noticed that they have cracks, probably just age related. I do not want to have a broken hose far away, so I'll do this preventively.

So my question is: Do I really need 1/2" ID hose? If I do not I'll go with 3/8"ID. I might go with DDP 50hp injectors later, nothing extreme, just a good mpg injector.

Also, I've read about fuel overflow valve needing replacement. Where is this valve, and do I need to worry about it? It's never been touched since I bought the truck. Do I need to replace anything else fuel related? The Airdog works nice. I do not have a pre-filter before it. I didn't think it needs it because I can drain the separator and that should get all the debris and water out. Is this enough or pre-filter is needed? I have the original drawstraw, so no restriction.

I also need to buy the stock fuel filler neck hose that connects to the cap area,as it was not cut very nice when the Airdog's return line Y was installed there.

Does someone have a part # for it and can I get it somewhere else? I think it will be expensive at the dealer.

Thanks.

ILIANBG I used the 1/2inch line that came in the kit for my AD100 but took it off and went down to hose shop and had them make up SS line it was bucks but I feel well worth it. As far as size I cant help there (hose size) ( fuel line size) that should about cover the snide comments dont ya think LOL
