Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Need Expert advice...

I'm in a dilema @ the very moment, I can slip my clutch on lvl1 in 4t Gear trying to pass a vehicle, I have a set of 275's, What would happen if I installed the 275's, such as Power, Smoke, Thrust, Wear and tear on the Clutch/Trans Etc? also Mileage increase or decrease, I could never get better than 15. 8 MPG on daily driving...



PLEASE HELP!!!
