How many miles on your 04?
On My 2003 I had the truck stall in the middle of the road, and I had the original CP3 pump with 214000 miles on it.

My CP3 died at 130,000 no warning truck just shut off on a 4 lane while I was in the passing lane!

Or FCA is stuck, or one or more injectors bad, or ECU fried. Easiest test to start with is try some starting fluid and see what happens.

My first question would have to be how do you know that you are not getting fuel to the injectors?
