Western Diesel Fuel Filter Kit

I had 2 bad injectors so I ordered a set of 60 hp injectors from industrial injection. Followed their install instructions truck started fine after it got primed. Drove the truck a few miles and it ran fine. Stopped at store came out and it sounded like it was missing. Drove home shut it off and it wouldn’t start back. Unplugged the FCA and it started let it idle for a few minutes and it started doing it again. Put a new FCA on same still the same problem. Took it all back apart and made sure everything was right. Torqued the the tubes to 44 ft lbs and injectors to 89 in lbs. Rail pressure on my gauge is 7500, rail pressure from my scanner is 6500 at idle. If I hold it at 2,000 rpms Gauge reads 18,200 scanner show 15,500. When I unplug the FCA it will hold 26,180 lbs. I also replaced the PRV and fuel filter. Factory lift pump stays between 9 and 10 psi. Truck is all stock except for 5” exhaust and injectors. Does not have a tuner. Truck is 07 ram 3500 Megacab slt drw 4x4 auto 249,000 miles. Not sure what else to do so I figured see if anyone on here could help before I carry it to a shop.

Send the injectors back to II to look for a problem, or, send thme back and get them to swap for a set of new marine injectors.
