I took my stacks off a while back and am sick of my exhaust exiting just behind the cab. Does anyone know where I can get a 4" tailpipe section (the last piece with the bend over the axle) that looks like the tialpipe from the 2nd gen 12v's? I got a piece of straight to finish it out, just can't find anyone to bend it, so need to find one. Thanks alot guys.

Thanks Nick, that was exactly what I was looking for. Got one on the way to the house already. This will be going on with the install of my new KSB1 and SouthBend. Oo.

Another source is your local muffler shop. My local guy got a page advertising 4" diesel exhaust components. He sold me a downpipe and tailpipe at cost just to get it in there for a view.

I'm not gonna lie, I didn't like the way they looked on my truck. They sounded sweet and I still think they look good on other trucks, just not mine for some reason? When I swap a cummins into my 49 Chevy flatbed, I will put stacks on it, I promise. :D

Speaking of liking the sound. What were you running, muffler, resonator, or straight?

Thanks in advance for the insight...

Gypsyman, I was running a straight 4". No muffler, no resonator, nothing. It was 4" all the way to the stacks where it switched to 5" stacks. I think in the back seat it was a little loud, but great from the drivers seat with the windows down and the beer window open. Oo. There are some pretty good pics of my setup in my reader's rigs. Hope this helps.
