So I shot Bilstein an email, and they confirmed that the valving is different for the Ram application of 4600 to 5100. 94-13/14 trucks the 5100 can be ran at stock height, but it cannot be ran on the 13/14+ trucks at stock height, as it travels to far the the coil spring could become unseated.
 
^^^^^ The guy asked for an application so I said 01 2500 4x4. So depending on the year then!

This guy was insistent that internally they were the same when I asked to be clear.

OH well! I like the Black and Silver.

I did read the guy the quote posted from Geno's word for word and he said "NOT correct".
 
The 5100 is the same part number for 94-13/14.

There are 4600 differences from 02 down and 03 up thou. So maybe the 2nd gen 4600 is valved different than the 3rd and 4th gen 4600.
