Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Need reflash & good NW WA dealer to do it

Mileage is poor since new so starting with reflash as per Piers. Worried that reflash might make things worse so want a good dealer near me (one hr north of Seattle -- Mt. Vernon). Anybody REALLY happy with their DC shop? Does Cummins have the ability? geusterman

you should have not problem if you try Frontier in Burlington



make sure you have the tsb #



what kinda mileage are you getting and how many miles on the truck?

Mighty kind there Bob. Is Frontier your shop? I would never have thought about the tsb's. Still wonder why you included them, however interesting they are. Best mileage is 14mpg. geusterman

Just so you know, the dealer cannot pick and choose which parts of a flash you get, if there is updated software for your powertrain control module, you get it in one lump. And the part number for your pcm changes.
