Need Tires

My parents have a 2 horse aluminum trailer with living quarters and it is time for new tires. I would like some input on the types of tires that every body else is using either their trailers of approximate weight or heavier. The trailer weighs about 9000lbs empty and loaded about 12000lbs. I would prefer that they were a load range E, I believe that the size is 235 85 16. Also I was wondering if any one uses this product or a similar product and their opinions http://www.hitchesonline.com/jiffyjack/jiffy.htm. I usually carry a floor jack, but it is getting harder for my father to handle the jack and thought that this type of product would be easier to handle, but am concerned about the safety of these types of jacks.
