If you are in the market for new bullet molds I highly suggest avoiding these idiots.
I bought a 510-775 and a 458-645. The 458 is rough around the edges, but works fine. The 510 was useless. The first one they sent me made bullets that were out of round by .012. The bands start at .509 and increases to .521. The blocks did not line up and there was a .006 overlap on the seams. I told them and they said send it back and we’ll fix it. Sent it back and it a month to get fixed. The pictures are what I received. There was also a chunk taken out of the sprue plate, but its not worth posting the picture. It was a tall block the first time and got shortened for some reason. They didn't countersink the screws for the handles or put them in the right area on the block. That doesn't matter though because the venting was ground off, and the inside is gouged. That doesn't matter though because it wasn't ground flat so the blocks don't close evenly anyway. That doesn't matter either because the cutouts for the handles are crooked and it wont even close.

I told them it was trash, and they said we don't what you’re talking about until I sent them these pictures, and then suddenly they did. They sent a replacement within a week this time. For some reason they put crappy paint on the sprue plate and most came off when I cleaned it before use. The rest burnt off when it heated up. This one was only .007 out of round. .503 to .510 of course I ordered a .513. A significant improvement over the first, but still crap by anyone else's standards. So now after three tries to get the same mold Im done with them and I have to try to get my money back.
Its really a Greek tragedy. They are one of the only cherry cutters left, and they use arguably the best blocks in the business. Cherry cutting takes skill though and their current machinist wouls be more at home cutting grass. Apparently the founder of NEI was a master of his craft, and could do everything the CNC machines could do but faster. Until they hire a worthwhile machinist you will need photographic evidence to get customer service.
