Just put an Arc-Flow on my 2nd gen.
Angle to intercooler is wrong even on the gen 2. It needs to head toward the front of the truck.
In fact, I cut the pipe an inch just to utilize the longer provided boot to get a curve out of it for a better fit.
Had I just installed it the way it came out of the box, the lower cooler boot would have been all screwed up.
Now for the results:
I just traveled two mt. passes I always do this last weekend & EGT is abit lower.
Looks cool, the ports on the back are covered w/a hood , I think is kinda stealthy.
I have water/meth, & boost gauge taking up the three .
If I had paid more than the 180 cash I did for it brand new in the box , I would be pizzed about the time lost to correctly line out the intake tube & couplers. Another Craigs List score for anyone interested.
