Hidden Hitch on 04

After a trip from Oklahoma with a load of firewood I blew a tire and also bent an axel. Had to leave the trailer on the highway till the next day cause after I put the spare on it completeley came off shearing the studs another 80 miles down the road. I guess when I get the trailer fixed I'll be getting some new tires. Of course I learned a lesson not to overload the trailer any more. Gonna get the xps ribs from Michelin. A buddy asked me how I can afford them and I just replied "hauling a heavy load on the freeway in this heat how can I afford not to put some good tires on it".

I usually make a trip up there to visit my kin-folk and help dad with his hay. To keep from pulling the trailer home empty I load it down with firewood to bring back to Texas. Down here it is extremeley expensive and there I can get a good deal on it. I have a few neighbors that like the deal they get and it helps me with the fuel up there and back.
