I'd go with the 3500 100%. I learned my lesson when I went from my 06 2500 to my 2018 2500, Biggest mistake ever! I hated the way it towed and even more so... The disconnected feeling from the road... like it steered on a central pivot. Felt "swishy" at highway speeds. I wanted leaf springs again so I ordered a 2019 3500 built my way and sold the 2018 to a buddy when the 3500 arrived... I put 3400 miles on the 18'.... Lost about $10k on that mistake.

And holy smokes.... Just went to ram dot com and built 2023 3500 HO SRW Megacab with all the goodies..... $106,000.00 Wow.

I loved my 2015 3500 Laramie 4x4 Aisin HO SB for 5.5 years of ownership. Paid 56K and change for it in September 2015(AKA as 9500 off sticker price). I liked the 8.4 uconnect system and nav.

I moved the kids 20K Travel Supreme about a 100 miles in Eastern Washington for him, final destination was way up a mountain.

I test drove a few Tradesman's and the seat felt like I was sitting on an apple crate.
