I'm thinking about making a new winter front for my truck. Currently I have covers made of sheet ABS plastic that I made that fit in the grill cut outs.
I was thinking of a sheet of 1/4inch plastic with a hole in the middle to allow air to the fan clutch, slide btween the radiator and the intercooler. Still gotta figure out a way to attach it but that should be easy.
Any problems with this? does the intercooler have to be covered too (like my current setup) for the front to be effective?
I'm thinking best of both worlds, cool intake air but quicker warm ups.
Thanks
