What kind of nozzles are you high HP nitrous guys running? I have a fogger nozzle but I thought I remember someone saying that they were designed for a single cylinder. Is this true or will a single fogger nozzle support all six cylinders? I need a nozzle that will flow enough for a 150-200 HP gain. Also, is a NOS Pro Shot solenoid big enough to handle 150-200 HP? Thanks in advance. Smoker

I am running a Nitrous Express fogger nozzle. The nozzles most of us are using were designed to be used one per cylinder. So you want to get the size that supports the amount of N02 you want to direct into the engine. Please remember that the HP #'s used for gas engines don't mean squat to the mighty Cummins. Nitrous is used to burn extra fuel that is not being burned and turned into smoke. So if you don't have LOTS of smoke ON boost your #'s will be low. Also introducing more N02 than is needed will reduce HP output.

As for the solenoid I do not know how big a Pro Shot by NOS is... . I would recommend using a . 125 solenoid. Bully Dog has a real nice setup that I am using. This sytem on my truck produced over 250 HP gain over #2 alone.

A quick answer to give you somewhere to start would be a . 070 - . 080 jet.

Guys with twins are a bit smaller (. 050-. 060) because of the lack of smoke on topend. Not sure what's on your truck.

Just rough estimates here of course, and I'm assuming you have a TON of smoke being a puller truck.
