I have been using NX components on all my nitrous powered trucks for the last 5 years..... I have to agree with Jim that I like the progressive controller setup better than the hobbs switches. I get concerned with systems that just use throttle switches due to the ability to enduce nitrous prior to proper boost being obtained, this can have very destructive results. Using our own designed system with only a single solenoid we were able to make over 830 RWHP with our 2002 24v using NX components. I am not trying to say NX is the best or only way to make HP its just what I have used with great success.

Good job Doug, your totally right!!!!!! We’ve had the opportunity to implement numerous nitrous systems on a few motors upz dis wazs. I have experience that two stage kit mentioned in this thread (As my shipping receipts show) Any decent increase submits shock loading “torque spikes” that’s detrimental to engine components (rod distortion, out of round, bushing, caps, polished cylinder walls, flattened rings etc. ) If anyone get’s the chance, open up a motor or two and compare, the facts will set you free…

Progressively feed motors don’t endure the collateral damage that the two staged switch kits do. The NX progressive systems are superior for their Drag strip tuning ability, component quality and consumer’s cost…

Bill , its going to be great , now that someone with the ability and Vast knolage to R&D and develop product has decided to publicly get in to the diesel market . The prices will get inline with reality , and the quality will continue to climb. This is NX’s top of the line system for a diesel, but NX has several additional systems that are less expensive if all you want is non progressive, simple two stage system. I talked to Mike about laying out a system like some people on here seem to like , and if non progressive is what they want , then they will be able to purchase a complete system with those components , all in the kit , for a bout half of the price most are use to paying . the advantage is the kits will be flow tested , and component matched by the manufactory .

Does the NX progressive system include the controller, solenoids, bottle, everything or is there hidden costs. If so that is a hell of a deal. I didn't realize this system was cheaper. :eek:

Yes that includes everything. You get a bottle, two lighting solenoids, progressive controller, relays, lines, nozzle, switches and software. And its has all those things that are said to only there to drive up the cost, but the funny thing it’s less expensive

Tell ya what, I have the TS kit on my truck now that Dennis came down and installed a couple of years back. Have NX send down a kit with instructions on where to place the nozzles and I'll give you a fair comparison!!

I'll have both kits installed at the same time,I'll make a run with one kit then the other. The quicker/faster kit wins and no more :-{}

on edit, Dennis will get the chance to look over the his kit and change anything he sees fit before the NX install.
