It's interesting that in spite of all the poor planning, bad choices, and expensive mistakes the original poster continues to spread blame in Chrysler, Dodge, MOPAR parts, bankruptcy, UPS, etc. , etc. without ever accepting any responsibility.

It's also interesting to me that of all the ISB6. 7 engines in service here among fellow TDR members no other owner has had such difficulties or total unavailability of filters and parts.

As I've posted before, I hope the original poster trades his Dodge for something a little more reliable and easier to maintain. Perhaps a Schwinn.

I'm completely satisfied with my '08 Dodge Ram. I have a large quantity of spare oil filters, fuel filters, air filters, an Aisin transmission filter and an Aisin pan gasket, several cases of Valvoline engine oil, a dozen quarts of Mobil Multi-Vehicle ATF, and several quarts of synthetic differential lube on the shelf in my building.

I'd be happy to sell a fellow TDR member a filter if he would pick it up. Just don't want to fool with boxing and shipping.
