many Thanks to all that helped Sent the PCM out and got it back rebuilt everything working but I do notice the tach flutters a little. could that possibly be from an improper crank sensor gap?

PCM Tests Results / Faults Found:
Cold Solder Joints on CPU, Flash Chip and Noise Filters
Faulty Capacitors
No 5v Reference
Repairs Performed on PCM:
Replaced 220uf T 35v Capacitors (x3)
Replaced Transmission Control Circuit
Resoldered Noise Filters, CPU and INTEL FLASH CHIP
PROBABLE ROOT CAUSES and PRE-INSTALL INFO: While we cannot pinpoint exactly the root cause of the ECU damage, we can provide so likely Root Causes. You MUST TEST, REPAIR and/or REPLACE all Possible Root Causes, failure to do so may result in loss of Warranty. If ECU is ever returned for Warranty, proof Test, Repair and/or Replacement of Vehicle Faults will be requested! Please see some Possible Root Causes below:

Bad Crank/Cam Sensor (must be replaced with OEM parts from the Dealer only) *if applicable
Glad you got it sorted out, sounds like ACS took care of you.
You could be correct on the tach flutter. I like mine as close as I can get it without hitting. Was the replacement you put on a Mopar part? If not, you may try the old one and see if it makes a difference.
