Please clarify your answer. Does the scanner communicate with your truck, yes or no?

The two codes you are listing are telling me bad pcm.

Now please identify what where is PCM located I have seen soo many different descriptions such as. Everyone, Ecu, p cu PCM. I am totally confused.

Is the PCM located behind breather on firewall or on side of engine block.

Thanks for helping

The PCM is on the firewall passenger side. ECM is on the drivers side mounted to block.
I have read about its location personally I have not looked for it.

I also read articles that the dodge diesel does NOT HAVE A separate PCM. That the PCM, pic and Ecu was all incorporated in the ECM box on side of engine block.

If you know for certain the 2001 dodge 2001 has separate PCM I will start removing. Breather to search fo it.

Thank you for any and all help you are providing.

I
i do not have a scanner but I have one of the in nova that plugs into communication port
Thanks you.
innova sees nothing however on off 1,2,3 on odometer see all p0123 p1694

All of which point to TPS

HOWEVER INNOVA SUGGEST MAYBE PCM BECAUSE OF COMMUNICATION FAILURE
