I hope that guy knows that's not a horn.

It's a fan that uses compressed air. Someone's gonna be ticked when they get it and it don't make a noise exept the sound of rushing air. Besides, you need the air compressor that can feed 120 psi through a 1 inch hose to feed it properly.

We use those things at work, its a venturi to evacuate air from confined spaces before and during working in them, the only noise it makes is a GIANT air leak! Yiu need about 375 or more CFM to run it!
