That’s FANTASTIC! Now if we can get an alternate source for the DEF heater/ pump it’ll be great.
Now, that Dorman sensor- did it come with a module? Or was it just the sensor like you’d get a gas engine O2 sensor?

I would be a little more excited if he was able to clear the count down timer and move on. That's the real test. The one I couldn't get by when my DEF injector went TU.

This why I bought the FCA max care for our 2018 CTD. It saved me big time wiyh our 2015 eco diesel. It covered the egr cooler at 48k miles. That paid for the plan.

Emissions alone are worth the price of the max care.

Yep. Mine has paid for itself twice over. NOX sensors, GPS unit, radio, front wheel bearing and maybe a couple other smaller things. Love my truck but its no Toyota. My old 4runner had zero repairs past 100,000 miles including brakes. And that first repair was a starter which is a wear item anyway. My daughter probly has close to 280,000 miles on it and still going strong. Yes, Maxcare for me again when I get a new truck. Maybe 2021.

I just got a 1k check from max care. Trip interruption. October our ED blew a reluctor.
We actually spent way more, but stranded in Wyoming, RV, parts out for 3 weeks, Tech buried. 1k is max pay out.

Bought a new 18 Laramie 2500. Sold the ED to car max. No ram dealer would take it due to open EGR cooler recall. They covered rental car, towing.
